SHILPA GUPTA
HALF HALF
THE ARTIST
Shilpa Gupta's interest evolves around the crossing of borders and media, including public initiative and participation. Her art practice activity deals with prejudice, fear, and the effects of history on the present, exploring the subversive imaginary boundaries that determine human behaviour. In her table ware she invokes users to see him/herself either complete or in half.
